What is the return policy?
Every print is made to order, so we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost, contact us within 30 days and we'll do everything we can to sort it out.
Note: orders returned to sender due to a delivery issue aren't covered, and reshipping will incur a new charge.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all purchases are final sale, unless your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost in transit. If that happens, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll do everything we can to sort it out.
When will I get my order?
Every print is made to order, with production typically taking 1 to 4 business days. Once shipped, most orders reach customers within 2 days, though delivery to some locations may take a little longer. You'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout, and once your order ships, you'll receive tracking so you can follow it the rest of the way.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every order is printed, framed, and packaged entirely in-house at our fulfilment partner's facility in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. The entire physical production process happens under one roof in the US.
Do you use AI to create your prints?
No. Every work is illustrated by a human artist, based on real historical graffiti. We may use AI tools for marketing and product photography, but the artwork itself never is.
